After the surprising success of Rasta Monkey, the #1 hanging game in the App Store, Nitako went on to make Eco Punk, the only game I know of that lets you "take the role of the insane blood-thirsty eco-friendly, skating punk bunny". Being the "investigative" journalist that I am, I reached out to Noam Abta to really find out what in the world is going on at the Nitako studios, and who would win a battle of environmental superstars.
"Take the role of the insane blood-thirsty eco-friendly, skating punk bunny. Defend your neighborhood against pollution by cleaning up the streets and blowing up polluting vehicles in a raging killing spree..." Now this is an idea that I can get on board with.
Released just yesterday, Eco Punk is already in the Top 100 apps in the App Store, following the great success that publisher Nitako had with Rasta Monkey, the self proclaimed #1 hanging game in the App Store. The game has what seems to be a great control scheme and peppy 3D graphics... along with the awesome "bunny kills polluters" concept. The initial iTunes reviews are quite positive, and hopefully we'll have our own review out soon. In the meantime... enjoy the trailer!
