Charlie is something of a wannabe detective. And when I say “wannabe,” I mean he’s not even a rookie. He’s just some guy who likes to put on a trench coat and try to solve mysteries. But this amateur actually has a trick up his sleeve: Charlie can revisit crime scenes in his dreams and investigate clues through his subconscious. Hence the name Dream Chamber, I’d imagine.

Charlie’s point-and-click adventures in crime solving, specifically involving the theft of his girlfriend’s jewelry, will be available for the iPad on October 24.

Prohibition 1930 Has Players Engaging In Shootouts As They Take On The Chicago Mafia

Prohibition 1930 – Cop’s Revenge VS Mafia has players going head to head against the Chicago mafia. They’ll take the role of a detective who is determined to avenge the death of his family. There are plenty of shootouts with many weapons to choose from, and everything comes down to the choice of the player as their decision affects the plot. Gather clues to arrest the godfather or kill him for revenge?

So, there is a new kart racing title that’s going to make its way to iOS devices this October as Anuman Interactive has announced Garfield Kart. The new racer based on the big orange cat will feature 16 tracks with up to 8 vehicles battling for the first place finish. Also, players will be able to go online to race against 5 opponents, no matter what version they have.

Garfield Kart is one of the most important projects developed by Anuman Interactive. All the components are gathered to guarantee fun and laughter for players of any age and profile. We are also very proud to be able to have users of PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone and Android play together online or locally.” said Eric Nguyen, Marketing Director at Anuman Interactive, in a press release.

It’s not long until Gamescom kicks off, the world’s largest games trade fair, held yearly in Cologne, Germany. While some fantastic surprises are no doubt still ahead of us, French publisher Anuman Interactive are all too keen to let us know of their line up at the event.

It’s a pretty exciting bunch too. Racing fans can enjoy the likes of Moto Racer – 15th Anniversary while sports fans have the promise of rugby game The Rugger Boys, adapted from the comic book of the same name. Retro gaming fans are perhaps luckiest with the future promising Barbarian (presumably the Commodore 64 classic slash em up), Crazy Cars, Prehistorik Man and Titan.

More casual affair also emerges with hidden object games inspired by comic books XIII and IR$, set to be released later this year and the time management game, Monument Builder – Eiffel Tower, set to take place in the heart of Paris during the construction of the famous tower.

As always, we’ll be sure to keep updated on the progress of all these titles as more details emerge.
