Summer is here and there's no time more important than to keep hydrated during. Losing track of how much to drink in any one day is all too easy. Most people would benefit from drinking 8 glasses of water a day, sometimes more depending on physical exertion, so an app like More Water sets out to keep its users informed of their water intake.
That's pretty much all there is to it. Users can share their achievements via Facebook or Twitter, and there's also the option to adjust between ounces, mls, liters, pints or galloons. The only real letdown is the way days are laid out. They run from midnight to midnight, which in my case isn't actually the case with the day often ending much later than midnight. The ability to return to previous days to add drinks would have been useful in this case.
Other than that though, More Water is an ideal way of tracking water consumption. Health conscious users shouldn't underestimate the important role of hydration and this app is a great way of ensuring that.
