Offering a choice of pattern matching, regular passwords, and some quite impressive biometric facial recognition, when used properly FaceCrypt Plus Password Keeper should be quite impenetrable.

The app is pretty easy to set up. Users are taken through a brief process in which they can choose how to protect their data. At its simplest, a strong password can be arranged but it goes further than that. The pattern recognition method enhances things, enabling one to create their own pattern out of 9 different dots on screen. It's a far superior method than simply choosing a password. Best of all though are the face recognition options.

It takes a small amount of setting up to get the facial recognition just right. FaceCrypt Plus Password Keeper guides users through the kind of lighting process that's ideal for such a thing, but once arranged, it works surprisingly well. It's possible to set up the app to be more forgiving with the facial recognition but that goes against the ethos of it and it's not exactly needed.

Once into the vault, it's quite well laid out. It's possible to save valuable information such as bank card numbers or passport details, as well as have a separate place just for documents or photos. Importing from Dropbox proves to be a particular advantage here, although more importing options would have certainly been convenient.

FaceCrypt Plus Password Keeper also isn't the most attractive of apps to use or look at either, looking a tad dated amongst the cleaner interface of other apps.
