Warframe reveals its 61st character and a Narrative Chapter to debut next month

Digital Extremes took to the stage at PAX East recently to lay out the latest narrative chapter coming to Warframe, amongst other things. Before we cover all of this, a warning for the arachnophobes: the latest Warframe is spider-themed, so proceed with caution. For those still reading, let's dive in.
The newest Narrative Chapter will kick off in June and is dubbed Isleweaver. You will return to the realm of Duviri to face off against our old friend Major Rusalka. She has seized the royal throne and rules the kingdom with cruelty. The citizens yearn for revolution, but to win, you will need to take on the new Murmer enemies and tackle the Clan Operation: Eight Claw.
Final warning, the spider stuff starts now for one paragraph. Oraxia, the 61st Warframe, has been isolated for years within one of Duviri’s islands. Thus, they have gone a little crazy, unable to discern friend from foe. Their toolkit includes ensnaring enemies in webs, summoning spiderlings to swarm foes, and scurrying along the walls like the arachnids it is inspired by. They can also drain health and energy from foes, a handy trick to possess.

Now, something to unite us all: shiny things. Yareli Prime Access kicks off May 21st, bringing along the Daikyu Prime bow and Kompressa Prime pistol for good measure. Whisk across the battlefield on Merulina Prime, trap your enemies in bubbles, and decimate all with the whirling maelstrom.
Digital Extremes has collaborated with two community artists to release Heirloom Skins for Valkyr and Vauban. The former will be available July 21st from the design of Pertti Bahaa, and as an added bonus, Valkyr will receive a substantial rework to improve their overall gameplay. Vauban will lag a little, with their cosmetic coming early 2026, from the mind of Lua_Luminary.
Warframe is available to download from the App Store. To keep you busy the rest of the month, why not try out Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade? The half-year anniversary is ongoing this month, with a heap of free goodies so you can start out strong.
