Pinball has been around long before the first video game, but that doesn't mean it's gone out of vogue. Take a look at the App Store right now and you'll see PinOut! sweeping up the charts. While there've been hundreds of pinball iterations throughout the years, people are still finding ways to freshen up the classic spring-loaded physics game, as evidenced by PinOut!'s innovative maze-like boards.

PinOut! follows in the legacy of several other mobile pinball games bringing fresh spins on the arcade favorite. Let's take a look at five of the best.
