Pifer Studios' Shrouded Citadel is out now on Oculus Quest and Oculus Quest 2, giving players the chance to immerse themselves into the AR mobile game on a different platform. As with the mobile version of the adventure-slash-FPS game, players can run, dodge, crouch and shoot their way through the citadel to uncover its mysteries and make it out of the dungeons unscathed.

Shrouded Citadel features realistic 3D graphics and interactive elements players can get into as they make their way through the creepy hallways of the citadel. In the Oculus Quest version, players can interact with elements using their own hands, while damage from bosses and traps is now supercharged.

Intense VR first-person shooter Colonicle is now available for Android

Posted by Cameron Bald on December 2nd, 2019

Our latest VR obsession is Colonicle, an intense VR FPS, recently released on Oculus and Google Play, courtesy of From Fake Eyes and Goboogie Games. It's a pulse-pounding multiplayer shooter which should appeal to genre fanatics and newcomers alike.

While your standard multiplayer FPS might see you striking out to fight alone, Colonicle is very much about teaming up with friends or friendly strangers to take on rival players in challenging, mobile-friendly gunfights.
The team has worked hard to make sure the game controls well and looks good in VR, and there's enough complexity to its systems to appease FPS fans while remaining intuitive and accessible to those with less experience with the genre.

Updated: Oculus Rift Headset Coming to iOS Devices - Do We Really Need to Say More?

Posted by Andrew Stevens on October 29th, 2013

UPDATE: It turns out that it's for Android, not iOS. Boo.

Oculus VR announced that Oculus Rift is coming to iOS devices. What?? Yes! Venture Beat reports that the company's CEO, Brendan Iribe, gave the announcement during his keynote speech at the GamesBeat video game conference. It's also said that it should launch around the same time as the PC headset and that it'll be a lighter version that uses the mobile device's processor.

Well that's just totally freakin' cool, isn't it? I personally had experience with the Oculus and found it to be incredible. I can't wait to see what the iOS version has in store for us all.
