Presenting the International Mobile Gaming Awards Winners!

11th Annual International Mobile Gaming Awards ceremony, hosted by actress Allison Haislip, gathered mobile game developers and publishers from around the world. They chose 13 winners out of the 93 nominations. British studio USTWO won the the Grand Prix for their innovative puzzler, Monument Valley. The rest of the winners were:

- Jury's Honorable Mention: Threes by Sirvo, United States
- People's Choice Award: Vainglory by Super Evil Megacorp, United States
- Guilty Pleasure: 2048 by Gabriele Cirulli, Italy
- Best Quickplay Game: Crossy Road by Hipster Whale, Australia
- Best Meaningful Play: Papers, Please by Lucas Pope, United Kingdom
- Excellence in Storytelling: 80 days by inkle, United Kingdom
- Best Multiplayer Game: Soccer Physics by Otto-Ville Ojala, Finland
- Excellence in Gameplay: Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft by Blizzard Entertainment, United States
- Best Technical Achievement: Vainglory by Super Evil Megacorp, United States
- Excellence in Audio, Visual, Art & Design Award: Tengami by Nyamyam, United Kingdom
- Best Upcoming Games: Prune by Joel McDonald, United States
- Excellence in Innovation: Bounden by Game Oven, Netherlands

The 11th International Mobile Gaming Awards Nominees Have Been Announced

The nominations for the 11th annual International Mobile Gaming Awards (IMGAs) have been unveiled, with Flappy Bird, Bounden, FRAMED, and Kim Kardashian: Hollywood among the nominations from little-known indies and triple-A publishers alike, across ten categories.

The 10th anniversary International Mobile Gaming Awards have come to a close, and after 2 months of voting between 14 judges from Japan, Australia, Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the US, the results are in. Dozens of games were nominated, and many of them you will likely recognize, but only a select few could actually win this fantastic recognition. You can find the final results, which were announced in San Francisco at the 10th IMGA ceremony on March 20, below.

Nominees Announced for the 10th Annual International Mobile Gaming Awards

Seems like ten is the magic number this year. The International Mobile Gaming Awards (IMGA) has announced the nominees for their 10th annual awards, and have spread them out across ten different categories. Some nominees and categories include Type:Rider for Best Serious Game, Year Walk and LIMBO for Excellence in Art Design, Papa Sangre II for Excellence in Sound Design, Republique for Excellence in Storytelling, and a whole lot more.
