Despicable Me: Minion Rush, by Gameloft, is introducing a new runner to the mix in their latest update. Now you can play as Carl, the prankster minion. Carl has a few new abilities to play with, includingrunning at a higher speed from the start. Gameloft has also added Eduardo's House as a new area. You'll be able to race through the infamousEl Macho's home and find secret areas.
Carl is also all ready for April Fool's Day. You'll need to collect Chili Peppers, Piñatas, and Fireworks to play pranks on the Minions, get awards, unlock funny gags, and progress the story!

A year after its initial release, Despicable Me: Minion Rush has just received a huge update.
The game has been taken in an entirely different direction than before, courtesy of The Jelly Lab. It's added a progression system, with players having to collect fruit from various locations in order to make the tastiest jelly ever.
Besides the new missions and progression system, there are new costumes to enjoy in the form of the Jelly Jar and Lucy disguises.
The update for Despicable Me: Minion Rush is out now and the game is free to download from the App Store.

A new update has arrived for Gameloft's endless runner movie tie-in, Despicable Me: Minion Rush. Alongside the usual bug fixes and optimizations, this update also adds Super Silly Fun Land: a new environment inspired by the first film in the series. This area also contains a new secret roller-coaster area and a new villain to defeat - the Villaintriloquist.
Alongside this new environment, Astronaut and Tourist Minion costumes have been added to the game, as has an 'Evil Minion' power-up that allows you to become an invincible, fast-running minion for a few seconds.

Gameloft has announced an update to its hit runner Despicable Me: Minion Rush.
The new update has some interesting stuff added. There is a new environment based on the movie Despicable Me 2 called the Anti-Villain League, a new-mini game, and a whole new costume to procure. There are also more challenges to with the the new local leaderboards, and a tweaked main menu.

People really love Minions, don't they? Well there's still no shortage of love to go around as Gameloft has released an update to Despicable Me: Minion Rush that manages to pay even further tribute to the little yellow bean-people.
This latest update adds an all new area to run through (Downtown), as well as a new secret area (The Bank of Evil). New minion costumes and funny little "moments" have also been added. In addition, costumes can be upgraded to earn more points, and there are a bunch of new missions to compete. It's a good day to be a minion.
