Dark Quest 2’s progression system is unique in that using characters doesn’t automatically make them stronger. Instead, you have to focus on competing missions with blue potions in tow in order to make your units the slightest bit stronger.

Dark Quest 2 is a fairly straightforward dungeon-crawler, and it also happens to have a bit of a grind to it. At a certain point in the game, you’ll almost certainly be going back to replay missions just to make your heroes stronger for the path ahead.

Brain Seal Announces RPG Dark Quest 2: Castle of Doom, Due Out Later this Year

Brain Seal Entertainment has announced its new game, Dark Quest 2: Castle of Doom. The 2D RPG action game is due out at the end of the year as a universal app.

According to information provided by Brain Seal, players will be able to control a party of three heroes that each have differing attributes, a story-based campaign that can be played with friends, survival elements, and randomly generated maps.

The game is forecasted to cost $4.99 and to not have any in-app purchases.
