It's up to the player to decide if they will vote to eliminate a rival or betray their alliance to earn favor among the celebrity judges.

"First-time readers can enjoy 'The Hero Project' as a standalone novel," said author Zachary Sergi, in a press release. "and returning fans are in for a treat. There will be plenty more Victon drama, new love interests (or old ones, if Black Magic is your main squeeze), brand new Infini Powers, and dozens of new heroes and villains to meet--and defeat."

Choice of Romance: Affairs of the Court Comes To A Conclusion With The Release of Part 3

Posted by Andrew Stevens on August 16th, 2013
+ Universal App - Designed for iPhone and iPad

Part 3 of Choice of Romance: Affairs of the Court's three part trilogy, titled "Til Death Do Us Part," is now available on iOS. Fans will finally witness the conclusion to this fantasy story of secret love affairs, revolution, and betrayal, as its been two years since the last installment released.

"Fans have been waiting for part III since we released Intrigues in 2011," said Heather Albano, the lead author, in a press release. "It's over 100,000 words long, and it's probably the most complex interactive novel we've ever written. Writing sequels to branching stories like ours is very complicated, because each branch can multiply the amount of work required to ensure that every ending is meaningful."

Run or Shoot? Choice of Zombies Staggers Through the App Store

Posted by Rob Rich on April 16th, 2012

At first glance it's easy to think that the various Choice of Games on the App Store are just touch-centric choose-your-own-adventure stories. In a way they kind of are, but there's just enough going on in the background (i.e. character-building choices) to make each playthrough feel special. Now the developer has spread their choice-driven expertise to zombies.

Don't be fooled by the walls of text, Choice of Zombies is a full-fledged adventure game. Players have a surprising amount of freedom in deciding what to do with their game, be it trying to band together with other survivors for safety or simply going out and slaughtering the undead horde. Various player stats are tracked throughout a session, and it's completely impossible to experience everything in one (or even several) playthrough. If past games are any indication, this is going to be a fun (albeit bloody) romp through Zombie Town.

Choice of Zombies is available on the App Store right now for $2.99. It might seem a little daunting at first, but remember that with many iOS titles we get what we pay for.
