Skydoms Review

You’ve probably played something like Skydoms before. It’s a match-3 puzzle RPG game where you battle various monsters by combining matching gems. Oh, and you can recruit friends to assist you in some way. See? You’ve played it before.

That’s not to say that Skydoms isn’t quite fun. Controls are a little different, with each row of gems acting like a wheel and you needing to rotate the row. That adds a slightly different perspective on things as you find yourself able to manipulate things slightly differently than usual. This isn’t the most stylish of puzzle games by any means, looking kind of rough but you get used to it.

There’s plenty of time to adjust too, with Skydoms offering over 200 battles and a plethora of ways to level-up and upgrade your character. You can participate in PvP battles as well, and there's always a daily bonus to lure you in often. What Skydoms might lack in originality, it more than makes up for with longevity.
