Point Blank Adventures is the kind of game that you play to switch off, kick back, and relax. It doesn’t require too much thought, but as a kind of stress relief tool it works pretty well.

Capturing the same zany quality of the original Point Blank game, you work your way through a series of mini games of sorts. Instead of a light gun, you have your trusty finger to tap on things quickly. Some levels are a simple matter of shooting everything in sight at speed, but others require a teensy bit more thought.

Nothing major, usually something like shooting a particular target first, but it works well at mixing things up. Occasionally, it might seem a little repetitive but then that's because this isn't a game to play for hours on end. This is a five minute distraction from life. It's fast paced and vibrant, ensuring you'll achieve something quickly.

There are boosters available too, aiding your score or the time in which you have to react, but these are far from essential to progress. While Point Blank Adventures is easily a game you can dip into, have a little fun, then forget all about for a while. Sometimes that’s all that anyone needs.
