A Noble Circle is an intriguing if weird rudimentary 2d platformer, with an urge to be considered as art.

Destined to be a constant work-in-progress, A Noble Circle is an interesting title but not one that you should expect to last very long. It's also not going to be for everyone, feeling quite minimalistic in more ways than one.

It’s a kind of rudimentary 2D platformer with you tapping on the screen at the right time in order to leap past various obstacles. Along the way, A Noble Circle tell you a story while your blob leaps amongst the lines.

It creates an interesting journey, culminating in some important lessons, but if I explained it now it’d ruin the point of playing it. The main focus is to dodge the few obstacles around, but this is solely a matter of timing your jumps.

It won’t take long, weighing in at only a few minutes, but it’s an intriguing curiosity. Set to be regularly updated, it’ll be interesting to see how things progress. I wouldn’t expect A Noble Circle to ever turn into a conventional game, though. This is one for those who love their pieces of art to be head-scratchingly strange rather than offer a clear answer.
