The Luminary Wardance ceremony is finally happening in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.5

It has been a bit of a build-up, but finally, the Wardance ceremony will kick off in Honkai: Star Rail. Version 2.5, Flying Aureus Shot to Lupine Rue, is releasing September 10th and will bring with it two powerful new five-stars, including the perfect healer for the seemingly new Break meta that has been going on.

Following the break in The Shackling Prison, the Cloud Knights, led by General Feixiao, arrived to capture the escaped criminals and restore order. With long-hidden secrets within the prison revealed General Jing Yuan will investigate the situation, with General Huaiyan overseeing the Luofu’s Six Commissions. Away from the drama, the Luminary Wardance will be flinging open its doors with dozens of participants chomping at the bit to take part. Trailblazers who join in can earn the Tuskpir pet as a companion. You can also take on the new Echo of War: Inner Beast's Battlefield, a fearsome battle against the supremely powerful Feixiao.

Personally, the most exciting part of this update is the release of one character; Lingsha. She is a five-star healer who revolves around summoning Fuyuan, an incense beast. They will act independently each turn to attack all enemies, expel one debuff from allies, and heal everyone. Her ultimate also heals all allies, and deals damage to and increases Break damage on all foes.

Our second five-star is Feixiao, one of the Seven Arbiter-Generals. As her teammates attack enemies, Feixiao will follow up with a powerful strike, gaining stacks of Flying Aureus every few attacks. By consuming these, she will unleash her Ultimate, bypassing enemy Weakness Types, enhancing Feixiaos; Weakness Break Eddiciency, and all around devastating her target.

Finally, a new four-star will also enter the battle with Moze of the Yaoqing. He designates a foe as Prey, entering a Departed State. When allies attack his Prey, Moze will deal additional damage. The first half of Version 2.5 will also see the return of Robin, Black Swan, and Kafka in a special Warp, with Topaz showing up in the second half. Also worth noting is the guaranteed five-star pull will be shared across rerun and current limited banners.
