Whitepot Studios has launched a new free update for StarGazing that adds new constellations to the dot-to-dot puzzle game as well as introducing other improvements. The update is available now for iOS and Android devices.

The new ‘Antiquities Pack’ for StarGazing adds a bunch of new puzzles to the game, totalling the number of constellations now available to 90. These are based on classic symbols and images, including Andromeda, Hercules, and even your very own Teapot to form in the sky.

This update has also introduced a new way to share your scores. Now, when you complete a puzzle, you can tap the camera icon in the corner of the screen to create and share your own StarGazing image to other users.

If you are interested in the development process behind StarGazing, Whitepot Studios has also debuted a new podcast dedicated to game development with the first episode centred around StarGazing. The Ireland-based developer will release more episodes in the future but you can listen to the first episode right here.

StarGazing is a puzzle game all about using a dot-to-dot style to find constellations in the sky with the help of some hand-drawn hints. It offers both a casual, relaxed experience as well as a light competitive angle as you climb leaderboards based on the time spent completing each puzzle.

It sounds like a great update if you've already exhausted all the previous puzzles available in the game. StarGazing is available to download now from the iOS App Store and the Google Play for Android store. It’s a free to play game with adverts and in-app purchases.
