Haegin's melee-focused action game Overdox is the latest live service title to announced its Halloween celebrations. This will take place between 31st October and 1st November and will see a variety of Halloween-themed bits of content added to the game. The latest update also introduces the first legendary longsword and a couple of smaller changes.

During matches, players will encounter monster sporting Halloween costumes in every match. Defeating them will net players the seasonal ornament Pumpkin Head. This can also be used to hunt for treasure at the reward board where a plethora of prizes can be obtained.

The Pumpkin Head can also be obtained by watching ads, spinning the roulette and through event products. Once a player has found the best gift available on a board they'll be able to progress to another board that will give higher rewards.

Elsewhere, Haegin has also introduced a new legendary weapon called the Dance of Light, the first longsword to be this level. It brings a unique weapon skill and amplified bleeding damage effect to the battlefield alongside an additional power to reduce the dash cooldown.

There has also been a few smaller updates to the game as a whole such as various weapons being adjusted to try and make them more balanced. The popular game mode Royale Rumble also has a cap that limits players to 50 players. Haegin says this will make the mode much more competitive.

Overdox is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
