Kakao Games and XL Games – who you might be familiar with from their previous game ArcheAge – have announced that their MMORPG Moonlight Sculptor is now available to pre-order for iOS and Android devices. Moonlight Sculptor has previously launched in South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau but will be available in an additional 157 countries in May.

The game takes place in a virtual realm called Royal Road. Here, players will be able to choose from five different classes. They include the Alchemist, Archer, Mage, Paladin and Warrior. However, they can become a Sculptor later in the game if they choose to play without a class. Regardless of which path they take, each has its own customisable stats and skills.

After that, there are a host of different PvP battles to participate in. They come in small and large-scale varieties, depending on the player's preference. Or, if they'd rather, they can simply play the game in offline mode and enjoy a single-player experience until they're interested in tackling the multiplayer offerings.

Outside of battling against enemies, players can decorate their in-game home and cook food that provides them with handy buffs. They can also craft weapons and armour in preparation for battle, or head out for a spot of fishing.

Finally, players won't have to wade into battle on their own. There are also a host of different mercenaries and pets to choose from to accompany them.

Moonlight Sculptor is available to pre-order now over on the App Store and Google Play. It will be a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
