Mini Tank: Fire is an online multiplayer game that takes a few cues from the likes of Worms and Shell Shock Live. It will feature 5v5 turn-based battles and is available now for both iOS and Android as a free-to-play game.

As the name implies, you'll control a little squad of tanks and battle it out in short, turn-based games. The matches themselves will only last around 3 minutes which makes it a great game for playing in short bursts. You'll even be able to team up with your friends so you can take on other players around the world with your pals by your side.

If you've ever played Worms you'll be pretty familiar with the setup. Each team takes turns to move and then fire their tank. Direct hits are only one way to destroy your opponent's vehicles. If you manage to destroy the ground beneath them you can also get a kill by letting gravity do the rest of the work.

There are four major classes of tank to select from that includes Attacker, Ranger, Healer or Support. So whichever type of playstyle you generally prefer there's likely something here that suits your needs.

There are multiple different tank designs to select from too so you can give your miniature army their own unique look and feel. There are special skins available that will trigger exclusive effects when they're equipped. So it seems it's not only cosmetic changes they offer.

Mini Tank: Fire is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
