Injustice 2 mobile adds a new Wonder Woman variant to celebrate Wonder Woman 1984

To celebrate the upcoming movie Wonder Woman 1984, Warner Brothers Studios and NetherRealm have introduced the Golden Armor Wonder Woman character in their popular mobile fighter Injustice 2.

This version of Wonder Woman will make use her Divine Protection skill that increases Damage over Time resistance whilst her Offensive Guard will give her entire team's Combo Meter a boost. She will also be able to finish wounded opponents using Whip Lash, which lassos them back into combat before dealing a blow.

To celebrate her arrival, NetherRealm has also introduced the Wonder Woman's Divine Holiday Calendar. Each day this will net players a variety of free rewards such as Power Gems, Sim Chips, Account Energy and Credits.

Meanwhile, on December 18th players can participate in the Rise of Krypton: Solo Raid Event if they're over level 20. Here they'll try to defeat Boss Collector of Worlds Superman with a bunch of powerful Artifacts that contain his well-known weakness, Kryptonite.

Successfully beating this Raid will earn players Artifact Prize Chests, Rise of Krypton Profile Portraits, full Hero unlocks and a host of other prizes. Meanwhile, clearing the event entirely will yield the Kryptonite Spear. During this event, Artifact bonuses will apply to the whole team rather than the Hero who has it equipped.

Finally, Reforge tokens will be heading to the game soon. The Epic Artifact Reforge will give a higher chance of rolling Epic Chance Effects and the Rare Gear Reforge will result in a higher chance of Rare Chance Effects.
