Hero of Aethric enters global release after a very successful Early Access period

From time to time what we need is a big old dose of childhood nostalgia, and with the release of Northern Forge Studios pixel MMORPG Hero of Aethric releasing globally, we can get just that. Don’t think this is just a run-of-the-mill old RPG because Aethric is packed full of modern features.
Hero of Aethric places you in the shoes of an old-school pixel hero, ready to strike out across a land ravaged by a cataclysmic event. You will even have the opportunity to build your very own town. Across this journey you will battle a variety of monsters, gather unique loot, level up and gain access to over 50 classes, from the humble origins of the RPG holy trinity; Warrior, Rogue and Mage. What sets Hero of Aethric apart from other nostalgic-laden turn-based RPGs first and foremost, is that Aethric is an MMORPG that lets you team up with up to 3 other players for fully supported co-op battles, and explore the world. You can also join a guild system, entitled Kingdoms, which offers unique raids for teams to combat.
Northern Forge Studios have pledged to release unique events, features and cosmetics every month, with this full release patch, entitled Towers of Olympia, bringing 22 new alternative endgame classes, which is a mind-boggling increase, to say the least. You will also explore the titular towers in a rouge-lite-inspired dungeon to reach the top floor to take on the Titan that awaits you.

Since launching in Early Access in November, Hero of Aethric has proven to be quite the hit, reaching 850k users and topping the Roleplaying game category on the Google Play Store. It has also earnt itself an award nod from the Canadian Game Devs for Game of the Year.
To enjoy everything present and future that Hero of Aethric has to offer, download it now from the App Store and Google Play. It’s free to play and features no ads or paywalls, so you can enjoy it to your heart's content.
