Embrace the fearsome spirit of the season in Phobies’ biggest update

We have now arrived at that most haunting of months where everything that goes bump in the night has come out to play, and what better way to commemorate this than with a fresh batch of Phobies to collect in the eponymous game?

Of course, we couldn’t have had Halloween without a bumper update from this specific game, in which Phobies are essentially weaponised fears, and fittingly, Symphony of the Undead is one of the biggest additions thus far, with new characters, a host of maps, and the longest event in Phobie’s history. If you are a fan of Stephen King books, this new set of maps will strike fear in your hearts, as they all revolve around the new pet cemetery setting. There are seven new layouts to master, along with two community-created contest winners, each with their own tactical opportunities and challenges to conquer.

Whilst you are trying these new areas, why not double up on the challenge and try out the nine new Phobies? Pretty fitting for the cemetery theme is the Mummy, a unit that can raise its own army of offspring to take over the map. This pairs well with Jaws, who can feed on friend units in order to increase their power. Finally, add a bit of stability with the Conductor, a maestro of death who raises the leeching rate of all your undead.

Finally, you can also bask in the biggest event in Phobie history, pretty fitting during the spooky season. For four weeks, you will need to contest with an unstoppable army of the undead to complete challenges, engage in massive battles, and do whatever it takes to claim some of the most magnificent prizes and rewards the game has ever offered.
