BTS Universe Story, the social game that lets players create their own tales, is available now for iOS and Android

Netmarble's highly anticipated social game, BTS Universe Story, is available now for iOS and Android. It's the second collaboration between the hugely successful mobile developer and the K-pop superstars following BTS World.

BTS Universe Story will allow players to play through existing stories within the BTS universe alongside creating and sharing stories of their own whilst interacting with other players. The characters are all 3D scanned to help players really bring their imaginations to life.

It sounds a little bit like the game is a fan-fiction generator where you'll be able to share your stories with other like-minded individuals. The stories themselves will be choice-driven and lead to various outcomes depending on the options chosen. These user-created tales will be made using in-game production tools.

Outside of the story mode, BTS Universe Story will also feature a Collection mode. This will see players accruing clothes and accessories that they can then style the various characters with. It will also feature AR functionality to allow players to capture photos with their own customised characters.

To coincide with the launch, Netmarble is running a 7-day log in event that will net players 30 Jewels. Beyond that, they can also earn themselves in-game rewards including a Logo T-Shirt or Story Creation Theme if they make a story that hits a certain number of 'likes' from other players. Meanwhile, those who pre-registered for BTS Universe will be given Pre-registration Special Selector that provides a ticket for a costume set for a member of BTS.

BTS Universe Story is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
