Blocky Racing is a funky and fresh new kart racer out now on iOS and Android

Blocky Racing has zoomed onto the App Store and Google Play this week, bringing with it plenty of classic kart racing shenanigans that will take you straight back to your childhood. If you’ve found yourself hooked on games like Mario Kart or Crash Team Racing, do yourself a favor and give Blocky Racing a go.

Blocky Racing is a kart racer in its purest form. Collect power ups to unlock weapons like missiles, or shields to give yourself some cover. Stir up as much trouble as possible to scoot yourself across the finish line in first place. Anything goes here, so don’t be afraid to pull out all of the stops. Just be careful—carts can lose blocks when they take damage, and will ultimately fall apart if they lose too many.

The game will keep you busy with over 50 unique tracks, each filled with shortcuts to discover, as well as traps and other challenges. Take some time to master each one and learn their individual nuances. There’s a lot to uncover.

Blocky Racing also features 16 racers to unlock. Race with a Snowmobile, Dune Buggy, or even a Rubber Ducky. They all have unique traits, and you’ll have to play around with each to figure out which suits your play style best. Along the way, upgrade your vehicle to improve its performance until it becomes the fastest kart on every track.
