Another Eden receives new a episode, character and class in latest update

Another Eden, WFS' popular RPG, has received another update that brings new story content to the game alongside a few new heroes to discover.

The new episode will be called 'The Closed-off Open World and the Azure Rebel'. They certainly love their flamboyant episode titles over at Another Eden HQ. To be able to start this latest piece of story content you'll need to have cleared Part 1.5 Second Volume of the Main Story. Additionally, you'll need to have completed Rica's second character quest.

In addition to the new chapter, you'll also be able to unlock a new 5-star class for Helena. This turns her into a mechanical battle maiden with a really cool design. You'll also be able to encounter a new character called Biaka, an elite member of an S. Mobile Task Force. Her nickname is Limit Breaker, which isn't surprising given the giant hammer she wields. 

The final piece of the update is the addition of new screenplays to the Royal Theater of Miglance. This is a mini-game within Another Eden where the aim is to recreate famous plays by using members of your team as the cast and you'll get a rating based on how suitable the cast you choose was for the role.

If you've never played Another Eden before, it's an on-going time-travelling RPG tale. The script has been penned by Masato Kato who's best known for writing Chrono Trigger, though he's also written for Xenogears, Chrono Cross parts of Final Fantasy VII. It's certainly an impressive CV.

Another Eden is available now on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
