Ok, so all time is a little far-reaching since the App Store has been open for less than 2 months. But, you know, it's marketing! We've come up with a formula based on the number of days an item has been in the top 100, the highest position it reached, and other serious voodoo to tabulate our Top 148 list. Take a look and see if you missed anything. The list will automatically be updated every day -- so apps will move in and out, up and down, as time goes on.
