A new side story launches in The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross

Netmarble has released the latest update for its RPG The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, and it comes with a lot to do. You can experience a new story, recruit a new hero, partake in events, and much more.

This new side story focuses on the Grand Cross’ original group, the Seven Catastrophes. The group are associated with a state related to each person's goal, or a big personality trait. Lilia is desire, Eastin is Authority, Mono is Blood and Iron, etc. Not as catchy as the Seven Sins, but it’s nice to meet some new characters nonetheless. Side Story Seven Catastrophes Chapter 1 follows the titular group as they journey to overcome their trauma and discover who is causing a disturbance in Kata Village. As you complete this event you will get an SSR Ticket, as well as some growth materials. By logging in throughout this update, you can grab a total of 14 Seven Catastrophes Special Pick-Up Tickets.

Make sure to spend your tickets at the Special Pick-Up Event, and be in with a chance to get the new hero Vegeful Saw Blade Roxy of Madness, as well as some of the other Catastrophes. If you throw enough Diamonds around, you’ll even be able to take advantage of the Diamond Perks event. You can get characters such as Princes Brunhild and World Serpent Jormungand, and be able to get a Demonic Beast Specialist SSR Selection Ticket.

When you amass your Catastrophe party, then make sure to take on the Special Disaster Battle. Awakened Roxy, Lillia, and Valenti will be the bosses of this event, and will push your tactics to their breaking point. If you need help, two players can join together via invitation, and the items you get can be exchanged for costumes, Seven Catastrophes Special Card Pack, and more.
