Google Play Books Lets You Read Your Own PDF and EPUB Files

Google Play Books has been updated, giving you the capability to read your own PDF or EPUB files in the app by uploading them to the Google Play website. Once your files have been uploaded, you'll be able to access and read them on all of your devices.
