Shadow of the Templars: Reforged brings the iconic point-and-click adventure to mobile devices

It's felt like a long, old time since it was announced, but Broken Sword - Shadow of the Templars: Reforged has arrived. This space hoarder of a title brings the point-and-click classic to modern day, with remastered graphics, and some optimisation to experience the conspiracy from the ease of your hand. 

Reforged brings the series' origin to mobile, taking its place alongside Broken Sword 2: Remastered and Broken Sword 5. Hopefully, it will herald the arrival of our missing entries, because the whole franchise is a fantastic journey. Shadow of the Templars will always be a timeless example of its greatness, though.

The story follows George Stobbart as he gets wrapped up in a conspiracy surrounding the Knights Templar. This all started when a clown blew up a French cafe, because sure, why not? Together with photojournalist Nico Collard, you will go on a humorous, globe-trotting adventure to all manner of far-flung locales.

This includes going to Ireland and tangling with the infamous goat of legends. This little puzzle broke people back in the good old days, so much so that they had to dumb it down in later releases. It is the reason so many people were too scared to visit Ireland, probably. If you prefer your creatures to be less goat and more adorable, don't forget that Eevee Grove has been released on Pokémon TCG Pocket.
