Appvent Calender Kicks Off With 33rd Division

If you didn't grab anything during the slew of Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales, you can still get some sweet deals elsewhere—Blacksmith Games' Appvent Calender has kicked off today and will be running up until Christmas. A different game will be offered for free every day, just as in an advent calender...gotta love those puns. About a week ago, I wrote about this upcoming free-fest, and now it's here!

The first game is a great one, too: 33rd Division. Jeff took a look at this one back in October and rated it 4.5 stars out of 5. Nice! If you're a fan of path-drawing games like Flight Control and Harbor Master, make sure to grab 33rd Division while it's free.

Future games have yet to be revealed, but the developer behind the program has teased that they will include both "well-known" and unknown games. If they're all as high-quality as 33rd Division, this holiday season might not drain my wallet as much as I feared!
