Paula Deen, Queen of Southern Cuisine, has launched her first free mobile game - Paula Deen’s Recipe Quest.

She's teamed up with Dream Forge Entertainment to create a match-3 puzzle game where you're trying to discover Paula’s favorite recipes. It has 40 levels that will reward players with downloadable recipe cards so that they can cook alongside Paula. The app will be updated weekly with new new challenges and recipes, and it offers opportunities to win real prizes such as discounts at Paula Deen’s General Store and a chance to cook alongside Paula on the Paula Deen Network.

“I am a gamer at heart and never leave my home without my iPad. Paula Deen’s Recipe Quest is an incredible and one-of-a-kind game that will allow y’all to cook up a storm with me while solving exciting puzzles. Plus, it’s free!” said Paula Deen in a press release.

When you can end your playing career landing a nickname like "The Worm," you know that you've got to have a little personality.  Dennis Rodman, former standout forward for the Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spur and Chicago Bulls, was known just as well for his off the court antics as he was for his prowess on the hardwood.  One thing that he struggled with for his entire career was free throw shooting.  That is why it is extra curious to hear about Rodman FT, a new free throw simulation from Tantrum Solutions, starring the former great.

With a career free-throw percentage hovering around 58%, it is a wonder that anyone would want to painstakingly recreate his "unique" shooting form.  Part of the reason why it was so different to begin with was because his technique was deplorable!  If you can get away from the obvious disconnect from reality, the game offers several different locations to shoot, as well as different dresses to wear - seriously!  Dennis certainly is an interesting character.  This free app is the perfect chance to finally take a step in the future Hall of Famer's dubiously over-sized sneakers.
