We all know the stock video player on iOS is not particularly convenient, primarily because it asks us to hook a device up to iTunes to sync video in a world that has things like Netflix.
Unfortunately, Netflix and other streaming services also have their own set of setbacks, namely their recurring cost and need for a data connection. That's where third-party video players come in.
