It's the weekend, which hopefully means blissful free time to devote to games, games, and more games. The App Store has quite a few discounts running through this weekend that you would be sorry to miss. There are some more experimental indie games that are completely free for the next few days, and Asmodee is still running their discount on a number of their digital board games. Let's explore, shall we?

Mysterium, the spectral tabletop caper by Asmodee, finally has a new release date. The game was delayed late in 2016 to work out some last minute kinks to ensure the digital version was just as polished as the printed Mysterium we already know and love. Luckily fans didn't have to wait too long on this side of the New Year as the game officially launches on Thursday.

The end of the year is a time for reflection, of course, as we look back at some of the best games out in 2016 (more to come on that soon!). But we also already have a bunch of games we’re eagerly awaiting once the new year rolls around as well. Here are some of the most anticipated games of 2017.

A digital version of popular tabletop game Mysterium is arriving on iOS and Android in early December. The mobile version brings the original game's classic artwork and co-operative gameplay to the online space, allowing players to play together from afar.
