I hope you've been practicing your sewer pipe fitting, because Galaxy Trucker (and Galaxy Trucker Pocket) are being bombarded with a bunch of new multiplayer missions.

Galaxy Trucker Pocket, by Czech Games Edition, is a mini version of the iPad version of Galaxy Trucker, which is itself a port of the popular board game.
You can play solo against various AIs in the campaign mode, or with up to three other players in pass-and-play or real-time online games. Galaxy Trucker Pocket lets you build your space ship (from sewer pipes), make deliveries, and fight off raiders. The game has 81 achievements and 12 different AI personalities for solo play to always keep you on your toes.
You can download Galaxy Trucker Pocket for $2.99 now, and the iPad version is still available for $7.99.
Word over at Board Game Geek is that Czech Games Edition has recently announced that work on its iPad port of Galaxy Trucker is almost complete. Kind of.
It's about ready to go now, but the developer would like to spend more time refining the online multiplayer as much as possible - and polish up everything else while they're at it, of course. It's hard to find fault with that logic, especially considering that this multiplayer framework will be used in many of their future releases.
Galaxy Trucker will be coming to the iPad in the beginning of September later this year. A digital version of Through the Ages is also planned.
