Box, the cross-platform cloud storage solution tool, has received an update that brings the Box Notes feature to iOS devices. The feature allows for collaboration and even concurrent editing.

At its core, Box Notes is about making it easy to work with others. It promotes the sharing of information and collaboration. Live, concurrent editing lets everyone read and make changes instantly together. This is great for meetings – even when some participants aren’t in the office. And with today’s global workforce, not everyone is online and working at the same time – Box Notes is great for those situations too. Notes are automatically available to collaborators of the folder, so there’s no need to share each individual note with the people who need it.

The update also has usability fixes and improved compatibility with iWork files. Box is available for free on the App Store.

Fun yet useful whiteboard iPad app Talkboard has just been updated with some pretty handy new features.

The app will now let you talk to your friends or colleagues while you sketch images and ideas, all in real time. It's also possible to now import images from photo galleries, as well as easily post boards to social sites, or import them into other apps for viewing purposes.

Plus, for those whose first language isn't English, the app has been localized for the sake of its Chinese, Japanese, French, German, and Spanish speaking users. Italian and Portuguese is set to follow in the coming weeks.
