Fall, catch plans, and try not to die. The last part may be the most difficult.

There is a certain love of chaos to be found in Parashoot Stan. Farting dogs, planes going every which way, bombs floating about, and a parachute to help offer some control make up the bulk of this runner-esque app. Taking on the role of the titular Stan, the game starts by his falling out of a plane, plummeting, gaining speed, and using both the controls, powerups, and strategy to fall as far as possible while nabbing up some evil baron or another's plan.

Which is to say, this is a 'runner' that may well not be everyone's cup of tea. Falling down, Stan can pick up various coins, which can be used to buy various new skins and options in a shop. While falling, he may also come across a dog, whose farts can be used to disable any mines around him at the press of a button on the screen. Tapping the screen forces Stan to utilize his parachute, which slows down his descent; this becomes handy because he is constantly gaining speed as he falls without it.

The gauge to figure out how many hits Stan can still take is his state of dress. Slowly he loses his clothing, cap, etc., though he can also instantly die to some of the attacks present: avoid propellers and missiles. There even comes a mini boss whose defeat yields a brief period of using an ungainly, unwieldy gun-toting apparatus where one is suddenly controlling tilting, direction, and shooting. I found it easiest to just point my gun at a certain angle and constantly fire.

Of course, the tilt controls offer some form of frustration in that they mean a certain level of practice need be obtained in order to get the management of Stan just right, and also makes it less appealing to use while using public transit of any sort. It all underscores well the chaos of falling down, where control would likely be a large issue, though it's difficult to say that it will be of interest to everyone who may otherwise be amused by the well-done graphics and cute asides muttered by Stan as he plummets.
