Use careful character formations

In games like Warhammer Quest 2, party placement is key to survival. You'll want to be careful that you don't leave squishier characters like magic users in the direct line of battle. Instead, place your characters who might have lower defense in the back away from the enemies, leaving your direct damage dealers to soak up the brunt of the damage.

Maintain a balanced party

You're going to need a well-rounded team to take on all of the challenges this game is going to throw at you. Standard RPG rules apply here -- make sure that you have a party that's equipped to take on any combat situation. Maintain a good mix of physical damage dealers, ranged damage dealers, and support characters. With this advice in mind, your team will be prepared to take on any type of enemy.
