+ Universal & Apple Watch App - Designed for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch

It's been a while and quite a few versions since we reviewed ProCamera 8 + HDR (it was called ProCamera 7 back then), but it's changed quite a bit since then. And of course it's changing again thanks to its latest update.

This most recent version of ProCamera 8 adds four new photo editing tools: Curves for adjusting tone, Magic for creating weird and interesting effects, Fade to create a mock old-timey feel, and Vapor for messing with a photo's contrast or "adding haze." The Photo Compass, on the other hand, is meant to use location data to help you find locations where your previous photos were taken.

Other changes include the ability to use your Apple Watch as a camera remote (you can even switch modes without touching your iPhone), shorter processing time for HDR capture along with an optional auto-save, and a faster auto-focus. Oh, and there's a quick launcher, so now you can open the app from Notification Center/the lock screen.

The new ProCamera 8 + HDR is available now for $4.99.
