Strap in for some zany felonious fun with Turnip Boy Robs a Bank
Whilst we all deeply love the involved worlds and storytelling of a Witcher 3 or a Final Fantasy, sometimes we just have silly, stupid fun, and that is what Snoozy Kazoo is serving up. You can now get your hands on Turnip Boy Robs a Bank for mobile and revel in the anarchy.
This is the second game in this series following Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion because vegetables get up to a lot more fugitive fun than we all thought. As you might have deduced by the names, both the game and the developer, we aren't in for an epic world-ending story here, just a thoroughly enjoyable stupid time.
Turnip Boy has got a taste for being on the wrong side of the law and is teaming up with the feared Pickled Gang to rob the Botanical Bank. One of my favourite sentences I have written for a while. You have three minutes till the police arrive to grab as much loot as you can.
This is done through tactics such as a good old smash and grab, to literally picking people up and shaking the cash from their pockets. You will also need to contend with security guards and the police when they show up, but as we all know Turnips are always strapped with a host of guns, C4, and weaponry.
Each bank run is procedurally generated to keep things fresh, with each run not taking too long to complete. Perfect if you are on a bus and fancy a quick bit of felony. There are a host of characters, new and returning, that you can speak to, with a bunch of silly quests to undertake for valuable rewards.
After each attempt, you will head back to your base, upgrade your abilities and weapons, and then jump back in for some more mayhem. Apparently, there is a storyline, and you will learn more about Turnip Boy for the lore buffs, but at the end of the day, robbing a bank guns blazing as a root vegetable should be enough to carry you.
Turnip Boy Robs a Bank is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
