Isle Escape: The House is an upcoming puzzle game from Simeon Angelov that's intended to serve as an introduction to a saga they're planning on releasing in an episodic fashion. The first chapter is set to release for both iOS and Android on 29th February.

The first instalment starts when you wake up in a strangers living room, unaware of who you are but cognizant enough to know you don't belong in this place. It turns out this house belongs to a lady called Mrs Redove who lives on a desolate part of the island with no neighbours or shops to speak of.

It's referred to as 'the other side of the island' by locals and they do their best to avoid it. The reason? Mrs Redove is apparently in contact with the afterlife, which is something that would scare most folks away to be fair. So, waking up in her living room unaware of who you are is certainly not ideal, probably best to get out as soon as possible.

So, as you might have guessed, it's an escape room game. There will be a plethora of tricky puzzles to solve and riddles to decipher so that you can get out of this potentially supernatural dwelling. You can see an example of one of these puzzles in the trailer above where you have to rearrange a shelf of books so that they spell out a sentence.

Simeon says this will be the shortest of the chapters as it's only intended to be an introduction, promising that more and more of the story will unravel with each additional chapter. It'll be free so it's definitely worth downloading if you're a fan of these types of games.

Isle Escape: The House is available to pre-order now over on the App Store and Google Play ahead of its release on 29th February. It will be a free-to-play game.
