Drive into the Evolution of Jaguar in Real Racing 3
You've been able to race just about everything in Real Racing 3 since it first hit mobile three years ago. Yet Firemonkeys and EA keep managing to get more vehicles in the game, finding new ways to keep drivers coming back for more.
The game's latest update is called Evolution of Jaguar, and as the name suggests, it explores the rich history of one of the automotive industry's most iconic luxury car manufacturers. It brings with it not just a chance to win Jaguar vehicles to drive in the game -- though you certainly can do that, with a chance to win three different models -- but three other new cars from the likes of Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Dodge as well.
A three-part Jaguar Legacy Quest is interspersed with three other limited time events that start now and run through September 18. Let's break them down:
Jaguar Legacy: Part 1 -- August 9-14
Reward: A 1963 Jaguar E-Type lightweight, an iconic car often cited as one of the most beautiful of all time.
Hellcat Challenge Limited Time Series -- August 14-19
Reward: A 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, a 707-hp monster that (in real life) actually comes with a separate key fob in case you don't want to unleash the engine's full power.
Jaguar Legacy: Part 2 -- August 20-25
Reward: A Jaguar XJ220, known as one of the fastest production supercars available in the early 90s.
Samsung Championship Limited Time Series -- August 27-30
Reward: A Samsung car. Just kidding! The prize here is a Mercedes-Benz SLS GT3, with its awesome gullwing doors.
Jaguar Legacy: Part 3 -- August 31-September 5
Reward: Bringing the Jaguar quest to the present day, you can win the most recent Jaguar centerpiece and the first by the manufacturer since the XJ220 capable of hitting 200 mph.
The Gauntlet season 8 -- September 10-18
Reward: A 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera S, a car that really needs no introduction or explanation.
