Stock up on resources
To create more complex items, you’ll need to farm resources. For example, early on you need to grow wheat to make flour, which in turn makes bread to feed your followers. Keep your followers busy early on by steadily farming a supply of wheat, to in turn build up a supply of flour or chicken feed.
Having a stockpile of different resources will give you the items you need while freeing up your followers to take on newer, more exciting tasks as they become available.
Don’t forget to answer prayers
Each follower has their own individual life, with its own individual needs. Your followers will frequently offer up prayers to you, which you can then choose to answer. These prayers usually come in the form of requests for bread or wood, or some sort of other useful item.
Answering these prayers on a regular basis is a great way to keep your followers happy and loyal, but it also grants you coin as well, which can be used to build new structures.
Collect gift boxes
Every few hours the game will grant you with a gift box that will reward you with a handsome gold prize. Be sure to check for this reward in the bottom left corner of your screen every time you check in with the game. It’s easy to miss, but its free gold sitting right at your fingertips!
