Carefully follow the dotted lines

Surgery requires a certain level of precision, so be sure to carefully place the marks for the incision and follow them precisely.

It's a high-stakes game, and your patient will not be pleased if you botch it! Slow and steady wins the race here.

Choose the right tool for the job

Each tool comes in a number of different varieties - from bright purple syringes to rainbow-colored scalpels.ER Surgery Simulator has you covered.

Most of these varieties are purely aesthetic upgrades, so feel free to choose the one that suits you best. Some of the fancier versions are locked behind an ad wall, meaning you’ll have to watch a brief clip before you can use it.

Make sure to follow through

In an emergency situation, your first instinct is to rush. While timing is important, you also don’t want to be sloppy. It’s also important to make sure you finish each step in the operation completely. You’ll need to properly disinfect the entire site of the surgery or carefully check that all sutures are in place before sending your patient on the way.

It’s not easy being an emergency surgeon, especially in the wake of a natural disaster. ER Surgery Simulator doesn’t hold back, throwing tricky cases at you back-to-back. If you follow these tips, though, you’ll ensure everyone is treated safely.
