Description

Atomas is a fascinating puzzle game, which you can learn in seconds but will entertain you for weeks. The perfect game for your spare time!

Your little universe starts with hydrogen atoms only but with the help of the energy rich plus atoms you are able to fusion two hydrogen atoms into one helium atom, 2 helium atoms into one lithium atom and so on. Your primary goal is to create the valuable elements like Gold, Platinum and Silver.

But watch out, if your universe is overfilled with too many atoms it will cause a big crunch and the game is over.
One way to prevent this is to build up long symmetries in your atoms and start big chain reactions.

From time to time minus atoms appear, use them for absorbing and replacing atoms within your universe or sacrifice them for a plus atom.

You see Atomas is not hard to play, but if you want to get to the top you'll need a good strategy, which keeps your atoms organized.

By creating new elements like oxygen or copper you unlock lucky charms, which effect the game in various ways and adjust it to your strategy.

What Atomas offers you:

- 4 different game modes
- simple but addicting game mechanics
- 124 different atoms to create
- 12 different lucky charms
- exciting challenges
- compare your scores with friends via GameCenter
- share your score on twitter and Facebook
- quick tutorial

The developers high score is 66 534. Can you do better?

Fantastic, perfectly polished, impressive game

Everything from the design to the animations, to the power ups and different modes, it’s all incredible. This is one of those games that you should have to pay for, especially since I don’t get a bunch of annoying and unsettling ads. This game was one of the few games my mom had on her first iPhone and I would love playing it when I was younger because it made me feel like I was learning and becoming smarter, and now I have that sentimental reminder ever time I open it :). That’s another thing I love that about this game, is that it helps the user learn while also playing a fun laid game. Truly impressed with this game and the Banker by the same developers! Round of applause for your team!!!

Fun but frustrating, less fun less stars edit

I wish I could post a screenshot with the review, six +’s at the beginning of today’s game. Seems to be happening more often now. The developers don’t respond to reviews, well with “free” you get what you pay for eh? The game has a number of positives going for it. But unfortunately the “randomness” of it isn’t one of them. I’ve played a number of times now and the +s come in waves at the beginning of each game and then disappear as atoms build up. I’ve had literally more +s then atoms then they disappear. Is it a coincidence that a paid feature removes atoms so game play can continue? Not likely… time and again I play “free” games that use a paid “fix” for the lack of randomness in their random games. Sorry I don’t like to be played, only play…

Still having a significant problem with the “randomness” issue. Not quite ready to quit and delete but if the developer doesn’t want to respond to concerns then why bother playing a game that just irritates you.

Very fun, but winning is based on luck

I’ve been playing this game for years, I’ve gotten nearly double the “devs highscore,” and while it’s a very entertaining game fun to play in those short moments when I’m on a bus or waiting in line, I’m convinced it isn’t beatable by skill alone. There is a not insignificant factor of luck, and as you get closer to the end game it’s programmed to make your luck worse by giving you numbers that are further and further apart from one another and reducing the chance of + and - it seems making it unbeatable. In the last game I lost I had 1 piece left on the board then got enough numbered pieces (without any + or -) in a row to lose the game, that’s what really set me on the path of changing my review to this one. Being luck based it’s theoretically possible to win by getting lucky but I don’t like that. For a game like this I usually rate 1/5, 3/5 is the highest rating I’ll give for an unbeatable or win by luck game.
