Description

Intelligent Resizer - Rescale Photos Without Rescaling the Subject!

iResizer scale an image without changing important visual content such as people, buildings, animals, etc. While normal resizing affects all pixels uniformly when scaling an image, iResizer resizing mostly affects pixels in areas that do not have important visual content.

iResizer lets you shrinking or enlarging images to improve a composition, fit a layout, or change the orientation.

iResizer is a handy way to resizing images non uniformly while preserving the key features of the picture.

iResizer avoiding distortion of the important parts of the image. It also can be used to remove portion ot the image in a consistent way. For example, you can turn a landscape picture into a square picture and close up the space between people in a image if they are a long way apart. It also works in reverse and you can use it to make an photo larger.

You can mark important elements in the image using green marker, this technique is handy if you have areas of the image that you want to retain at the expense of other areas and it can also be used to protect people in the image. Also you can use red marker to select which features of the image should be discarded.

Easy to use, works best when not asked to make huge adjustments

This app does remarkably well with modest adjustments, such as fitting an odd sided photo to the next largest standard dimensions. It has more trouble when you need to make a very large adjustment, and that sometimes results in some strange stretches of people and objectsl There is a simple tool which lets you select areas not to be stretched or compressed, and that often can result in a usable image, even when you need to make a big adjustment.

Bomb Diggity Awesome!

This worked perfectly to create square photos. I used it to take a book cover graphic that’s rectangular, and I needed a square one for ACX audio book format,so I thought—for the price—this is a way better deal than bothering my graphic designer (and paying them) and after one false try, I got what I needed! Oh wonderful!! There is an informative help file online, (and I’m sure I’m not using even half of the well thought out functionalities of this app) but all you do is click the green button to stroke over the parts of the file you don’t want all stretched or distorted. Leave the other background parts alone so the app has room to work, and use the preset sizes—and you are good to go! Awesome little app! Thanks for making it. :) #love Will tell all my author friends!

Finally got the hang of it, and it's great

Not sure why I had so much trouble learning to use this. The UI isn't the most intuitive for me. But once I stumbled on the ins-and-outs, mostly by pushing buttons to see what happened, it is fast and easy to use. I can enlarge or reduce, and quickly.
