Fun, until...
I bought this game, and was playing fine until Mac Sonoma updated. Now I can't play the point and click mini games. The pointer lags, jumps, and pretty much doesn't work. I've emailed the company twice with NO response.
Also, it would be nice if there were hints! I have to go online to find clues.
I'd rate this a five star except for these issues. Buyer beware.
Pretty fun
This is a good game. Lots to see and do. However, some of the mini games are too difficult to figure out. I enjoy a challenge, but frustration is not fun when you're trying to escape the real world for a while. On the whole I thought it was beautifully designed and engaging.
One of the best of its genre
Outstanding storyline and excellent graphics make this one of the best of its genre. The tasks are challenging without being impossible. Hidden figures and bits and pieces of collectibles and clues are littered throughout, unlocking other aspects of the game. It’s a romantic story with a dramatic and thrilling flow. Nicely done, Artifex Mundi.
