Order Ahead
Coffee is best when it’s customized to you. Scroll through all our menu items and make them exactly what you want. When you Order Ahead, you skip the complicated ordering process and ensure that your drink is the drink you came for.
Scan-to-Pay
Load money or a gift card onto the app, or link a credit card. Simply show your code, the barista scans, and you’ve simultaneously paid for your order and earned loyalty points. As quick as a mobile wallet, but with all the rewards.
Earn Points & Redeem
With every purchase, you earn points that you can redeem on an item from the rewards store. Save up over time and take home a bag of coffee! Always check the app and your notifications for app only promotions and exclusive access.
Gift Cards and Coupons
Add a gift card or coupon to your app and spend it like cash! Easy to manage all your funds in one place. Even send a gift card to a friend for the ultimate pick-me-up!

Coffee
My husband and I decided to make the change from Starbucks to Henine Brothers due to taste and cups being filled up not just 3/4 full.
Well went today got home opened ours cups and they are not even 3/4 full from Heine Brothers very disappointed with this place I thought was going to be better and not be like Starbucks to big for themselves 😢😢😢
New update broke the app
The old Heine Bros app wasn’t the prettiest but it was functional. With the new update, the entire purpose of said app is broken. I can’t log in to my account and the “forgot your password” feature never works. The hard work and points I developed over years of going to Heine Bros are inaccessible.
Honestly, this must have been one of the worst app updates out of any app update I’ve seen on the App Store. I’ve been a loyal customer for as long as I’ve lived in Louisville, choosing Heine Bros even if there was a Starbucks or the like closer.
I’m going to give in to my wife and start buying overpriced, underwhelming coffee at Starbucks. At least their app works!
Great for paying, lackluster for perks.
This app is very convenient for quick payment and the app is very well designed. The only downside is the lackluster perk system. For every $50 you spend you only get $3 in rewards money for future purchases. They do have a few random discounts drop here and there but compared to other rewards programs this one is not very good. Ideally you would want to see more rewards back for spending $50 on coffee.
