Description

Place tiles which have a number of pips that matches one of the exposed ends of the chain. If you have no such tiles you have to draw from the boneyard one tile at a time until new one may be played.

After placement player will get points if the sum of pips at the exposed ends of the chain is a multiple of five (5,10,15,20,etc).

At the end of the round player also scores points for all the pips remaining in the opponent's hand rounded to the nearest multiple of five.

Winner is the first player who reach the score of 150 points.

Very enjoyable

I've been playing this game for a few years. I like that it has different levels and allows you to change the dominoes. I have found that the game in a few cases doesn't recognize a score of over 200 until the next play. Under MOS OS Big Sur, it sometimes abends but then a pop up appears asking if you want to resume and it picks up where you left off. Overall, I enjoy playing this game when I have a few minutes to play.

always fun

been playing for years, I never get tired of it. yes if you try throwing the tile past a layed one that has a number that's on your tile, it will drop it there. I try to watch for that and slow down and carry it past. I play on a IMAC with the track pad so not sure how it would be with a mouse or lap top. Trying to keep up speed with the computer is fun and you learn to count very quick - at least to multiples of 5!

Not bad, but needs work

Not a bad 5-ups dominos game, but I have a suggestion for domino placement. A click-to-choose feature and a subsequent click-to-place where you really want it to be would be helpful for us laptop players who have lost points while trying to drag the domino to a specific spot and having it torn from our drag and set in a different place than what we intended. And there are specific times I should have had first placement in a game, but the computer opponent still gets to play first.

But with those issues its still fun and a way to kill some time. Fix the placement issues and I’ll up the rating.
