Welcome to the Zero to Running Training Program by columnist, author, and coach Jenny Hadfield,

This app was designed to provide you with a simple way to learn how to run. The program will guide you from zero (the couch) to running 30 minutes in 10 weeks with a smile on your face!

The most important variable for running success is balancing the amount of intensity with the right amount of fun, and with this app, Jenny will audibly guide you towards your goal every day, providing not only a complete training plan, but additional tips, motivation and more. Simply calibrate, choose your start date, and let Jenny take it from there!

CUSTOMIZED EXPERIENCE
This Zero to Running app utilizes PEAR Sports Training Intelligence and is an interactive, personalized training app that provides real-time audio coaching, and guides you based on your body’s response to each workout.

TRACK AND SHARE
When you complete a workout, simply share your results to your social media channels, or email to a friend and challenge them!
