Game is great, customer service is slooooow

I purchased several bundles from this developer before the iOS 11 upgrades made us get new apps for each title. Now the software wants me to pay again. In the past 2 weeks, I've emailed twice with proof-of- purchase screenshots which is supposedly what they want you to do to make the apps playable as previously purchased, but no answer at all. I'd be happy to update this review, and the others I'll be leaving soon, if they will help me.

Edit: Although it took almost a month, several emails and about an hour of work total, I finally have been given back all but a couple of the games I purchased. Send them screenshots of the actual receipts through your purchase record, not app store screenshots, which they do not accept. They will email you 30 day codes. I have updated my review from 1 to 4 stars. The games are great. The email response is slow and there should not be this much work required to play games you've already purchased.

Bugs

Book 1 chapter 5 has a secret you can’t get because a bush is blocking it, and you can’t clear the bush away because the “secret tree” is in the foreground, it just highlights as red and says it’s blocked. I’ve tried tapping around the area 50+ times and nothing works. Please fix!

What has happened to Realore???

I have loved their games, but now the prices have skyrocketed and the quality has dropped. Using Air 1 with 7.1.2 I had to pound the screen over and over again before anything (task or product) would register. It is called a touch screen, not a pound-it-to-death screen.
.It was way too frustrating as it was impossible to know what to do as the screen did not register my pounding and the people moved way too slowly. Pound. Wait. Wonder. Pound, wait.
.What is with the prices? They used to be reasonable. Are they trying to force people into buying bundles which might or might not work? Some bundles recognize my previous purchases and allow me to complete the bundle. But a few weeks ago, one was going to cost $1 and a week later that price had tripled. Sad, no more buys until games work and prices go back down.
